Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work: Qogni.AI will deliver the Services as described in the Service section. Any changes or additional work requested by the Client may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Schedule: The payment will be made in the following instalments:

3. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the course of this Agreement private and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent.

4. Liability: Qogni.AI Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services provided.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral.
